Left Return for Executive Configurations

The Lorell PR2442LMY is a left-side return designed for executive offices. It belongs to the Prominence 2.0 Series and is finished in Mahogany laminate. This unit is not freestanding and must be paired with right-pedestal desks or credenzas to form L-shaped or U-shaped workstations. It arrives fully assembled for immediate use.

Configuration and Storage Limits

The return requires a compatible right-pedestal desk or credenza to function, so it cannot serve as a standalone desk. Its two locking file drawers accept letter-size or legal-size hanging files using the included hangrails. The 100 lb. full-suspension, ball-bearing slides set the load capacity for each drawer. A grommet in the worksurface provides the only built-in cord management path.

Installation Practicalities

Because the unit ships fully assembled, no assembly is required beyond positioning it against the mating desk or credenza. The 3/4" adjustable glides compensate for uneven floors to keep the worksurface level. The main installation issue is ensuring the connecting furniture matches the Prominence 2.0 Series dimensions and edge profile so the joint aligns cleanly. The 1" thick top with 3mm edge banding is finished on both sides using 45 lb. density particleboard.
