4K PoE Turret Camera with Deterrence Lights

This Lorex Connect U3 turret camera captures ultra-clear 4K video for detailed surveillance coverage. It features integrated red and blue deterrence lights designed to help discourage unwanted activity before an incident occurs. Power over Ethernet simplifies installation by delivering both data and power through a single cable run.

Practical limits of PoE installation

The camera requires a PoE-compatible network switch or injector to operate, so existing non-PoE infrastructure will need an upgrade. Cable runs must stay within the standard Ethernet distance limit to maintain reliable power and data transmission. Users without wired network access at the mounting location cannot use this model.

Questions about this item

Should I choose this single 4K turret camera or look for a multi-camera kit?

This listing is for one turret camera that records at 4K resolution and uses Power over Ethernet for both power and data. If you need to cover several angles at once, a multi-camera kit would be more practical; for a single critical viewpoint this unit is sufficient.

What does the 4K resolution actually give me when the camera is mounted?

4K resolution captures roughly four times the pixel detail of 1080p, so faces and licence plates remain identifiable at wider angles and greater distances when the camera is installed.
