Lorex U20 8Ch 4K NVR System 3 Bullet Cameras 2TB HDD

8-Channel 4K NVR with Three Bullet Cameras

This 8-channel 4K network video recorder arrives with three 2K IP PoE bullet cameras and a pre-installed 2TB hard drive. The system is built for homeowners or small-business owners who want continuous local recording without monthly subscription fees. PoE cabling carries both power and data to each camera, reducing the number of separate wires needed during setup.

Upgrade from Basic DVR or Single-Camera Kits

The jump is worth it when you need more than four channels, higher than 1080p resolution, or the ability to expand storage up to 10TB. Older analog DVRs cannot accept IP cameras, and single-camera kits lack the channel capacity for full perimeter coverage. This unit adds smart person and vehicle detection plus red and blue deterrence lights that basic kits omit.

Fanless NVR with PoE Simplifies Wiring

The recorder uses a fanless heatsink design for silent operation in living spaces. Mount the cameras using the included template, anchors and screws, then seal each RJ45 connection with the supplied weather-resistant gland. A common issue is forgetting to tighten the gland, which lets moisture into the connector and interrupts the PoE link.
