What the product is

This is a two-pack of USB-C to USB-C cables, each 6.6ft long and finished in blue nylon braid. Both ends carry a 90-degree right-angle connector designed to reduce strain while the device rests on a surface. The cables support USB Power Delivery up to 100W at 20V and 5A, with an integrated E-mark chip for negotiated charging. Data transfer runs at 480Mbps and video output is not supported.

What this replaces

The right-angle plugs replace straight connectors that can press against hands or desk edges during use. The 100W rating replaces lower-power cables that cannot drive larger laptops or fast-charge phones at their maximum rate. The 480Mbps link replaces slower USB 2.0 cables when moving files between phones, tablets and computers. The jump is worth it when you charge while gaming or want a single cable that handles both high-power delivery and basic data sync.

Who this suits

The pack suits users who want a spare cable for travel or a second workstation and who charge USB-C laptops, tablets or phones that accept up to 100W. It does not suit buyers who need video-out to an external display, who require 10Gbps or 20Gbps data rates, or who need a cable longer than 6.6ft for distant outlets.

Questions about this item

What clearance does the 90° USB-C connector need behind my device?

The right-angle elbow sits flush against the port, so only the cable body extends rearward; allow roughly the cable diameter plus a few millimetres for the strain-relief moulding.

Which end do I plug in first to get the 100W PD handshake?

Connect the cable to the charger or power bank before plugging into the laptop or phone; the built-in E-mark chip negotiates 20V/5A automatically once both ends are seated.

How many bend cycles are the reinforced joints rated for?

The manufacturer states the extra reinforcement at both ends withstands at least 35000 bending test cycles.
