LUOM Essager XR 29W Cable for Apple Devices

The LUOM Essager XR cable connects a USB-C power source to any Lightning-equipped iPhone or accessory. It supports 29W Power Delivery and is backwards compatible with 27W and 20W profiles. The 6.6ft length suits desk, bedside or in-car use. MFi certification guarantees full compatibility with Apple hardware.

Check Your Charger and Port Before Buying

Your power adapter must supply at least 29W over USB-C Power Delivery to reach the rated speed; lower-output bricks will fall back to 27W or 20W. The host device needs a USB-C port — legacy USB-A ports cannot deliver the required profile. Data transfer tops out at 480Mbps, so large backups will be slower than USB 3-class links.

Aluminium Shell and Braided Jacket for Daily

The connector housings are machined from aluminium alloy and the jacket uses a braided fishing-net weave rated for repeated bending. Five thickened copper cores carry 3A maximum current with reduced heat. Reinforced strain reliefs at both ends protect the joint from cable fatigue during frequent connect and disconnect cycles.

Questions about this item

Does the 6.6ft cable come with a USB-C power adapter or do I need to buy one separately?

The package contains only the USB-C to Lightning cable; a PD29W or higher USB-C power adapter must be purchased separately to reach the rated speed.

Which charging-head wattage should I pair with this cable for the fastest charge on an iPhone 14 Pro Max?

Use a USB-C charger rated PD29W or above; the cable supports 3A current and is backwards compatible with PD27W and PD20W chargers.

What does the 29W rating actually deliver when the cable is connected to an iPhone 14 Pro Max?

With a PD29W or higher charger the iPhone 14 Pro Max reaches about 50% charge in roughly 29 minutes, and data transfers run at 480Mbps.
