The LUOM OZC3 is a USB 3.0 HDMI video capturing device built for streamers, educators and gamers who need to record or broadcast gameplay and presentations. It accepts a 4K 60FPS input signal and delivers a 1080P 60FPS output stream to the host computer. The unit works with Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OS X 10.9 or above and Linux without installing drivers.

Bundled USB 3.0 cable and manual

A USB 3.0 male-to-male data cable is included so the card can connect directly to a 3.0 or 2.0 port for high-speed transmission to Twitch, YouTube, OBS, PotPlayer or VLC.
