It accepts three HDMI sources and a microphone, then sends video and audio over a single USB 3.0 link to a computer or phone. Three HDMI inputs and USB 3.0 output

Connect up to three 4K@60Hz HDMI sources — consoles, cameras or PCs — and switch between them with the front button or the supplied remote. A single HDMI loop-out passes the chosen signal to a monitor at 4K@60Hz while the USB 3.0 port delivers 2160p30 or 1080p60 video to capture software.
