Two-Port 8K KVM Switch

The LUOM OZK8 lets two USB-C computers share one 8K monitor, seven USB 2.0 peripherals, a 3.5 mm audio device and a single wired network connection. It is aimed at professionals who move between a work laptop and a personal machine without unplugging cables. The switch supports 7680×4320 resolution through either its DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 output.

Aluminium Chassis and Front Push Buttons

An aluminium alloy shell houses four USB-C input ports, one HDMI and one DisplayPort output, seven USB-A 2.0 ports, a 3.5 mm jack and an RJ45 jack rated at 100 Mbps. Switching is done by pressing the front button; an auto-scan mode changes the active computer every three seconds. LED indicators show which system is live. Two 1.2 metre USB-C Gen 2 cables are included.

Each computer must provide a USB-C port that carries both video and data; pure charging ports will not work. The monitor cable you supply must be a certified 8K DisplayPort or HDMI 2.1 cable no longer than two metres. The switch draws its own power from a USB-C to USB-A cable you must connect while the unit is operating.
