LUOM PQ004 USB4 cable 240W 40Gbps 8K@60Hz

The LUOM PQ004 is a new USB C to USB C cable built to the USB4 Gen 3x2 standard. It delivers up to 40 Gbps data transfer, 240 W power delivery at 48 V/5 A, and 8K@60 Hz video output. The braided 5 ft cable is compatible with Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.2, USB 3.1 and USB 2.0 ports.

Who this suits and who it does not

This cable suits users who need maximum bandwidth for external GPUs, dual 4K displays or single 8K monitors, plus fast charging for laptops and phones. It is not for buyers who only require basic charging or data speeds below 20 Gbps, or for setups that rely on proprietary connectors not covered by the USB C standard.

The specification that decides fit

The single deciding specification is the 40 Gbps USB4 Gen 3x2 bandwidth combined with 240 W PD 3.1 support; if your host, charger and display all support these levels, the cable will perform at its rated limits.
