Converts composite RCA video and audio to HDMI 1080p 60 Hz for modern displays
This LUOM adapter converts composite RCA signals to HDMI so older consoles, VCRs, camcorders or DVD players can connect to a modern TV or monitor. It accepts NTSC, PAL, SECAM and regional variants, then outputs 1080p at 60 Hz or 720p at 60 Hz. The unit is powered by the included USB cable and requires no driver installation.
A single three-colour RCA jack (yellow, white, red) plus a USB power port sit on one side; a standard HDMI socket sits on the other. The small enclosure fits behind a TV or on a desk without blocking adjacent ports. Because it draws power from any 5 V USB source, no separate mains brick is needed, but the converter will not operate until the USB lead is connected.
The bundled USB cable lets you power the adapter from the TV’s own USB port, a phone charger or a console, so there is no extra accessory to buy. Plug-and-play operation means the device auto-detects the incoming composite standard and scales it to the chosen HDMI resolution without menu navigation. Note that the converter is not compatible with Super Nintendo consoles or Apple devices.

The converter outputs HDMI at 1080p/60Hz or 720p/60Hz, with 10-bit 162 MSPS sampling for the analog-to-digital conversion.
It needs a composite RCA source (yellow, white, red), an HDMI display input, and the included USB power cable connected to a 5 V source.
Connect the RCA cables, plug the HDMI into the TV, then attach the USB power cable to a 5 V supply before turning anything on; the unit will not work without external power.
