Converts composite RCA video and audio to 1080p HDMI at 60 Hz with integrated cables and USB power
The LUOM RCA to HDMI converter translates analogue composite video and stereo audio from consoles such as the N64, SNES, GameCube, Wii, PS1, PS2 or original Xbox into a 1080p 60 Hz HDMI signal. It accepts PAL, NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43, SECAM, PAL/M and PAL/N standards without driver installation. The integrated cable assembly includes a 56 inch RCA lead, a 16 inch HDMI lead and a 17 inch USB power lead. Plug the USB connector into any 5 V source and the adapter is ready to use.
The unit draws power solely from the supplied USB cable and contains no active cooling, so it runs silently and adds negligible heat to an entertainment cabinet. Normal use with a DVD player, VCR or retro console keeps the enclosure barely warm to the touch. No fan noise or coil whine is produced during typical viewing sessions. Power consumption stays within the limits of a standard USB port.
During extended playback the converter maintains a stable 1080p 60 Hz output without dropping frames or resyncing the display. The built‑in scaling chip handles continuous PAL or NTSC input without overheating or signal degradation. Audio remains synchronised with video for the duration of a film or gaming session. The fixed cable lengths of 143 cm, 41 cm and 43 cm keep the setup tidy for permanent installations.

Connect the yellow, white and red RCA plugs to the source, plug the HDMI end into the display, then insert the USB power cable into a 5 V port or adapter before turning anything on; the converter will not work without external power.
No internal parts are user-serviceable; if the fixed 56 in RCA, 16 in HDMI or 17 in USB cables become damaged the whole unit must be replaced.
Output is capped at 1080P 60 Hz with no 3D support, so higher-resolution or high-frame-rate sources will be downscaled to that ceiling.
