4K 60 Hz video ceiling

The switch passes video up to 4K at 60 Hz and 2K at 120 Hz across its two monitor ports. USB 3.0 hub ports run at 5 Gbps for attached storage or peripherals. Bandwidth beyond those figures is not supported, so higher refresh rates at 4K will not display.

Front buttons, remote and cables

Push-buttons on the unit, a wired desktop controller and an IR remote all change the active computer. The box includes four USB 3.0 A-to-A cables and a 12 V 1 A power adapter. Missing a DisplayPort on any host PC is the most common reason the second monitor stays dark.
