Check your monitor and cables before ordering

Verify that your monitor’s USB-C port accepts video input and that the video function is enabled in its on-screen menu. The switch requires external power via the included micro-USB cable; without it no image will appear. You must supply two USB 3.1 Gen 2 cables to connect your source devices to the switch’s two USB-C ports. The fixed 50 cm lead reaches the display.

Thermals noise and power in normal use
