Indoor 1080P PTZ Camera

The LUOM VSTARCAM C29S is a black indoor surveillance camera that streams 1080P video over Wi-Fi 2.4GHz or wired RJ45. It is built for homeowners who want a single device to watch a baby, a pet or a room from a smartphone, tablet or computer using the Eye4 app. Pan covers 355° and tilt covers 110° so one unit can scan a wide area without repositioning.

Fixed 3.6mm lens with 120° view

The camera uses a 3.6mm fixed focal lens that delivers a 120° viewing angle at 1920x1080 resolution. This single optical specification decides whether the field of view matches the room you need to cover; there is no optical zoom or interchangeable lens option. Buyers who need a narrower or wider fixed angle should look elsewhere.

Passive cooling with 12V DC or PoE

The unit draws power from a DC 12V supply or Power over Ethernet and runs without a fan, so operation is silent. Infrared LEDs provide night vision to 10 metres and the IR-cut filter switches automatically. The compact body measures 10.9x11.4cm and weighs 245g, making it easy to place on a shelf or mount on a wall.

Questions about this item

What does the 1080P resolution look like on a phone or monitor?

The 1920 x 1080 pixel stream fills a 1080P screen 1:1 and scales cleanly on 4K displays; the Eye4 app shows the feed at up to 15 fps.

How does the Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz link limit where I place the camera?

It connects only to 2.4 GHz networks, so the camera must stay within range of that band; 5 GHz routers will not see it.

What mounting hardware is needed for the 10.9 x 11.4 cm body?

The 245 g unit has a standard base screw; a single wall plug and screw or a shelf stand is enough to hold it.
