Converts composite RCA video and stereo audio to 1080p HDMI at 30 Hz for retro consoles and legacy players
The LVY converter turns analogue composite RCA signals into an HDMI 1080p 30Hz output so legacy devices can be viewed on modern televisions. It accepts yellow, white and red RCA plugs from sources such as the Nintendo 64, PlayStation 2, Xbox, VHS players and cameras. A USB power cable is included, though a 5V 1A charger must be supplied separately. No drivers are required for operation.
Many current displays lack composite inputs, so this adapter bridges the gap without software installation. It supports PAL, NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43, SECAM, PAL/M and PAL/N standards, but does not upscale to 4K or 3D. The jump is worthwhile when the display has only HDMI ports and the source material is standard-definition composite video.
Buyers who need to connect a Nintendo 64, PS2, VCR or similar composite source to an HDMI-equipped TV or projector will find this converter fits the task. It is not for users who require 4K output, 3D support, HDMI-to-RCA conversion or an included power adapter. The unit only converts the signal; it cannot enhance the original video quality.

All cables must be in use: plug the composite RCA cables (yellow video, white/red audio) into the input side, connect the included HDMI cable to your TV or monitor, and supply 5 V / 1 A power via the USB power port using a phone charger or power bank.
Forgetting to provide external power — the unit has no internal supply, so the USB power cable must be connected to a 5 V / 1 A source before any video will appear.
It continuously needs a 5 V / 1 A USB power source; if the charger or power bank is unplugged or fails, the converter stops working and must be powered again to resume operation.
