24-pack Cat6a slim patch cables

This 24-pack supplies one-foot Cat6a UTP patch cables with RJ45 connectors for short-run networking in racks, patch panels and home labs. The 28 AWG stranded bare copper construction meets the ANSI TIA 568.2 D standard and is tested for 10 Gbps transmission. Clear snagless boots protect the latch and keep port LEDs visible.

Replaces bulky 24 or 26 AWG cords

Each cable is over 50 percent thinner and lighter than standard Cat6 patch leads, cutting bundle diameter by more than half and reducing strain on dense switch ports. The slim profile improves airflow in high-density racks and eases routing in tight cable managers. The upgrade is worthwhile whenever rack density or airflow is constrained.

Limited to 15 metre maximum run

The 28 AWG gauge restricts reliable operation to 15 metres, so these one-foot cables are intended for patch-panel cross-connects and adjacent device links only. PoE and PoE+ loads up to 30 and 60 watts are supported with a bundle restriction of 12 cables. Longer horizontal runs require standard-gauge cable.
