M.A. Ford 25.0mm Necked End Mill

The M.A. Ford 13598407N3 Tuffcut Al is a two-flute end mill with a necked design and a 25.0mm cutting diameter. It is intended for aluminium machining where extended reach and chip clearance are required. The tool suits CNC operators and job-shop machinists who need reliable performance in non-ferrous materials.

California Proposition 65 Compliance

This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Users must follow safe-handling practices, provide adequate ventilation and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. The warning applies to the tool as supplied and does not describe a machining limitation.

Solid Carbide Construction

The cutter is made from solid carbide for wear resistance in abrasive aluminium alloys. Its two-flute geometry and necked shank promote chip evacuation and reduce deflection during deep-pocket work. The shank fits standard collets and holders used in milling machines and machining centres.
