All-in-One Retro Boombox

The M-Amazup V60098BT combines CD, cassette, AM/FM radio, Bluetooth, USB and TF card playback in a single white unit. It weighs 1.8 kilograms and measures 8.54 by 8.39 by 4.8 units for easy transport. A carry handle and dual power options suit home, outdoor or emergency use.

Replaces Separate Audio Devices

This boombox removes the need for a standalone CD player, cassette deck, radio and Bluetooth speaker. The jump is worth it when you want one device that handles physical media, digital files and wireless streaming without switching cables. Cassette recording from CD or radio adds archival value.

Sustained Playback Behaviour

Dual 3W speakers deliver clear stereo sound during extended sessions. The LCD backlight dims after 30 seconds to conserve battery life when running on six C cells. A 3.5 mm headphone jack allows private listening without interrupting the main output.

Questions about this item

How much space is needed for the boombox measuring 8.54 x 8.39 x 4.8 inches?

The unit measures 8.54 inches wide, 8.39 inches deep and 4.8 inches high, so allow at least that footprint plus a little clearance for the top-loading CD lid and the carry handle.

What is the correct way to insert a cassette tape so the mechanism engages properly?

Open the cassette door, place the tape with the exposed reel side facing down and the label side up, then press firmly until the door latches; the motor will not start if the tape is seated loosely.

Which user-replaceable parts will need attention over time?

The belt-driven cassette transport and the CD laser pickup are the main wear items; belts can be swapped with standard square-section drive belts and the laser lens benefits from occasional cleaning with a disc cleaner.
