Professional Powered Loudspeaker Pair

The Mackie Thump12v4 is a professional portable loudspeaker pair designed for musicians, DJs and live sound users who need a complete gig-ready system. Each 12" enclosure delivers 1400W Class-D amplification with a compression driver and woofer for high-output performance. The bundle includes adjustable steel tripod stands, a carrying case and an XLR cable.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The 1400W Class-D amplifier runs efficiently to keep heat and power draw low during extended sets. Fan noise is managed by the internal cooling design so the speakers stay quiet between songs. The rugged frame and metal handles protect the electronics while touring.

129 dB Maximum SPL Output

The system reaches 129 dB maximum SPL with low-frequency response down to 39 Hz, giving you the loudest volume and deepest bass in its class. SoundCheck DSP provides voicing modes, Music Ducking, Feedback Eliminator and Outdoor Mode for instant setup. Bluetooth streaming and the Thump Connect 2 app add wireless control.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the included tripod stands with the speaker?

Extend the tripod legs fully, lock each height collar, then mount the speaker onto the stand pole; the step often missed is fully tightening the pole's locking knob to prevent wobble

What maintenance will the speaker need over time?

Keep the grille and vents clear of dust, check that all input connectors stay tight, and verify the Bluetooth pairing remains stable after firmware updates via the Thump Connect 2 app

What limits output during a long outdoor gig?

The built-in limiter engages when the 129 dB maximum SPL is reached, and Outdoor Mode adjusts EQ to maintain clarity at high sustained levels
