Twelve-Speaker Outdoor Set

This set contains twelve passive rock speakers designed for permanent outdoor installation. They connect to a home audio receiver or amplifier using raw speaker wire. The sandstone finish blends with garden, deck, pool or spa surroundings. Buyers who need wireless streaming or battery-powered portability will not be served by this system.

Wired Passive Constraints

Each speaker requires a wired connection to an amplifier delivering 10-250 watts per channel at 8 ohms. Runs under 40 feet use 16 gauge CL3 rated wire; longer runs require 14 gauge wire. The 6 inch leads on each unit are spliced to the main cable. Systems without a compatible amplifier cannot drive these speakers.

Weatherproof Composite Build

Cabinets use multi-layer composite construction with silicone sealing and rust-resistant steel grilles. Woofers and tweeters are angled 20 degrees upward to direct sound toward listeners. The 8 inch poly mica woofers have butyl rubber surrounds and sealed voice coils. Frequency response spans 50Hz-20 kHz with 97dB sensitivity.
