Mag-Mate Magnetic Weld Square 450lb

The Mag-Mate Magnetic Weld Square provides a 450lb holding force for precise workpiece alignment during welding tasks. Its rare earth construction delivers strong magnetic performance in a compact red housing. This tool suits fabricators and hobbyists who need reliable hands-free positioning for steel assembly.

Check Your Setup Before Ordering

Verify that your workpieces are made of ferromagnetic material so the rare earth magnets can engage properly. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and flat to achieve the full rated holding strength. Confirm that the tapped mounting holes match your existing fixture hardware before installation.

Build Quality and Daily Use

The rare earth magnet material maintains consistent pull force throughout extended workshop sessions. Tapped mounting holes allow secure attachment to jigs, tables or custom fixtures for repeatable setups. The red finish improves visibility on busy workbenches while resisting typical shop wear.
