Built for Commercial Kitchens

The Magic Chef 36 in. natural gas countertop griddle is constructed for professional food-service environments. Its stainless steel body and 4 in. legs suit high-volume prep lines that need a durable, freestanding cooking station. The unit is ETL sanitation listed and ETL certified for commercial use.

90000 BTU Output Drives Cooking Speed

Three stainless steel U-shaped burners deliver a total of 90000 BTU across the 36 in. wide surface. That heat level determines whether the griddle can maintain temperature during continuous service. The included LP conversion kit allows a switch to propane without extra parts.

Even Heat With Simple Ventilation Needs

U-shaped burners spread heat evenly over the 19.4 in. deep plate, reducing cold zones that slow ticket times. The 698.4 sq. in. cooking area and integrated grease trap keep the work surface manageable during peak hours. Stainless back and side splashes contain splatter so cleanup stays fast.
