Simple candlelight for any setting

These Mainstays tealight candles provide straightforward candlelight for indoor and outdoor use. The black, unscented design suits everyday decorating, special occasions or extra light during a power outage. Each pack contains 25 candles made from palm wax with a cotton wick. No added fragrance means they work well where scent is unwanted.

Steady burn with minimal residue

Palm wax and a trimmed cotton wick give each candle about 3 hours of burn time. The wax formulation is intended to melt cleanly inside the supplied metal cup. Because they are unscented, there is no perfume to compete with food aromas or trigger sensitivities. The aluminium cup contains the melted wax throughout the burn.

Individual cups simplify placement

Every tealight arrives in its own aluminium cup measuring 1.46 in diameter, fitting most decorative holders. The cups remove the need for separate containers and make cleanup quick once the wax solidifies. Buyers who need longer uninterrupted burn periods or a scented atmosphere will want a different product.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the 25 tealight candles, and what step do people often miss?

Place each candle in its supplied aluminium cup on a heat-resistant surface; trim the cotton wick to 1/4 in before the first light so the flame burns cleanly.

What maintenance or replacement will these candles need after use?

Each tealight burns for about 3 hours and is single-use; once the palm wax is consumed, discard the aluminium cup and replace with a new candle from the pack.

What limit appears first during a long evening of continuous lighting?

The 3-hour burn time per candle is the limiting factor; after that the wax is gone and a fresh tealight must be lit.
