Questions about this item

Will the stapler need different staples once I use the 1000 staples in this box?

No. Each box contains 1000 staples in 10 strips of 100, and the HD-12F model uses the same 1/2 inch crown and 9/16 inch leg size for every refill.

How many sheets can I fasten before the flat-clinch mechanism stops closing cleanly?

The staples are rated for 70 to 105 sheets per staple, so the limit is the thickness of the stack you are binding, not the tool itself.
