What the product is and who it is for

This spindle contains 50 Maxell CD-R discs, each offering 700MB of write-once storage. They are intended for users who need to create music CDs or archive data files on optical media. The discs work with writers that support speeds up to 32x. They are not suited for anyone needing rewritable media or higher capacity formats.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

Optical discs generate no heat, noise or power draw of their own during writing or playback. All thermal and acoustic output comes from the host drive mechanism. The media itself is passive and adds no load to the system power supply.

What the bundled accessories

The 50-count spindle packaging keeps the discs organised and protected from dust and scratches. No software or additional accessories are included with this product. The spindle simply provides bulk storage for the blank media.

Questions about this item

How do I install the maxell 625156-CDR80MU50PK disc and what is the common mistake?

Place the disc label-side up in the tray, close it, and let the drive recognise the media before starting the burn; the step people get wrong is selecting a write speed higher than the 32X limit shown on the spindle.

What maintenance or replacement will these CD-Rs need later?

The discs are write-once media, so they require no drive maintenance; store them vertically in the original spindle away from heat and sunlight to preserve the 80-minute recording layer, and replace any disc that develops read errors.

What limit appears first during sustained burning of multiple 700MB discs?

Each 700MB disc takes about 2.5 minutes at 32X, so the throughput limit is the sequential write time — after roughly 50 discs the spindle is empty and you must load a new pack.
