Maxim Mfg. 35017BK Pier M 1-Light 8.25" Black Pendant

Pier M 1-Light 8.25" Black Pendant

This pendant light serves as a single-source decorative fixture for interior spaces. Its design draws inspiration from classic wharf lighting seen in period settings. The unit is supplied new and intended for standard ceiling mounting. It suits rooms where a focused, downward cast is preferred.

Aluminium construction and finish

The all-aluminium body provides a lightweight yet rigid housing that resists corrosion in typical indoor conditions. The Black finish is applied over the metal substrate to maintain colour consistency under sustained illumination. No degradation of the coating is expected during normal, continuous operation.

Single bulb socket and mounting

The fixture accommodates one bulb via a standard socket, allowing the owner to choose lamp type and output. The 8.25-inch width keeps the profile compact for hallways, entryways or kitchen islands. California Proposition 65 notices apply regarding chemical content.
