An 8-in-2 Thunderbolt hub adds HDMI 4K at 30 Hz, USB 3.0, SD and TF card slots plus 100 W pass-through charging for 13 to 16 inch MacBook Pro and Air models from 2016 to 2026
The MCHOSE 8-in-2 USB-C hub connects to MacBook Pro models from 2016 to 2026 and MacBook Air models from 2018 to 2026. It adds HDMI video output, USB 3.0 data ports and SD or TF card readers through a dual Thunderbolt plug that leaves the MagSafe charging port free. The adapter is not compatible with MacBook Neo or any unit fitted with a bottom case.
The hub delivers 85 watts to the laptop while reserving 15 watts for attached peripherals, giving a total 100-watt power budget during continuous use. Stable operation requires the laptop to remain connected to its charger when external drives transfer large amounts of data. Thunderbolt 4 or 3 ports support 5K resolution at 60 Hz, while the HDMI port is limited to 4K at 30 Hz.
MacBook models with M1, M2 or M3 chips cannot drive two external monitors simultaneously through this hub. Only M4 and M5 chip models support simultaneous dual-display output in extended or mirrored modes. Buyers needing dual-monitor expansion on earlier Apple silicon should consider a different solution.

The hub reserves 15W for connected peripherals while delivering up to 85W to the laptop, so sustained all-day use with charging stays within the 100W PD budget.
It fits 13–16 inch MacBook Pro models from 2016 onward and MacBook Air models from 2018 onward, provided no bottom case is installed.
The Thunderbolt port supports 5K at 60 Hz, while the HDMI port is limited to 4K at 30 Hz; M1–M3 Macs cannot drive two external displays simultaneously.
