Direct-attach copper cable for 25 GbE links

This Mellanox SFP28 passive copper cable provides a cost-effective alternative to fibre for 25 GbE Ethernet connections. It uses a single high-speed copper pair operating at data rates up to 25 Gb/s. CA-25G-N compliance with low latency

Cables up to two metres support IEEE 802.3 by CA-25G-N with low latency and no forward error correction. Longer assemblies from four to five metres use CA-25G-L with RS-FEC enabled, while 2.5 m and 3 m versions exist for either class. This one-metre unit therefore installs without FEC overhead.
