What you get

Six reusable ice sticks with lids made from semi-transparent HDPE plastic. Each stick holds about 8 ounces of water and measures 2.09 inches in diameter by 5.94 inches tall. The pack weighs 0.15 kilograms and is designed to fit bottles with openings that accept 32 to 64 ounce containers.

Bottle fit and freezing time

The sticks only work with wide-opening bottles that can accept a 2.09 inch diameter. You must leave a half-inch gap when filling because water expands on freezing. Freezing takes roughly 6 to 10 hours depending on freezer temperature and the sticks must stay upright with lids secured during that time.

Simple daily routine

Fill each stick, snap the lid on, and place upright in the freezer overnight. Remove the lid before dropping the stick into your bottle to avoid dilution. Top-rack dishwasher safe for cleaning. Not intended to chill room-temperature drinks quickly.

Questions about this item

Should I buy the 6-piece set or individual sticks for my 32oz bottle?

The pack contains six 8oz ice sticks with lids, each measuring 2.09 inches in diameter and 5.94 inches tall, designed to fit bottles from 32oz to 64oz.

How long will one 8oz stick keep my drink cold in a real bottle?

Freeze the water-filled stick for 6 to 10 hours, then insert it into your bottle; the ice melts inside the sealed HDPE tube so your drink stays chilled without dilution.

Does the HDPE plastic lid seal tightly enough for carbonated drinks?

The lid secures the water inside the stick during freezing and use; remove the lid before placing the stick in the bottle and replace it afterward to prevent leaks.
