Automotive Microfiber Cloth 12-Pack

The Metra MF-001 supplies twelve square grey microfiber cloths for exterior vehicle care. Each piece measures 12.5 by 12.5 inches and uses a 300 GSM polyester and polyamide blend. The set is designed for washing, drying and polishing paintwork without leaving lint or scratches.

Verify Surface Compatibility And Care Routine

Confirm the cloth size suits the panels you intend to clean and that a square format matches your workflow. The fabric is machine washable and tumble dry safe, so plan for regular laundering to maintain the 1200-plus wash lifespan claimed for the pack.

Overlocked Stitching And 2.5mm Thickness

Overlock braided stitching reinforces every edge to resist fraying through repeated cycles. The 2.5 millimetre pile thickness gives each towel a substantial hand feel that absorbs liquid quickly and releases it fast during drying. Grey colour hides stains while the lint-free weave prevents swirl marks on clear coat.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 12-pack and do I need any extra products to start cleaning?

The pack contains twelve grey microfiber cloths, each 12.5 by 12.5 inches, ready to use for washing, drying or polishing. No additional cleaners or tools are required unless you choose to add them.

How do I decide between the 300 GSM weight and the 2.5 mm thickness when choosing a cloth for my car?

Both figures describe the same towel — 300 GSM is the fabric weight and 2.5 mm is the physical thickness — so every cloth in the pack offers the same absorbency and durability.

What does the 1200-wash claim mean for daily use on paint and glass?

At one wash per cloth per week the twelve towels cover roughly 3.27 years before the fibres degrade, keeping lint-free, scratch-free performance on paint, glass and interior surfaces.
