Outlet-Saving Power Extension Pack

This ten-pack of eight-inch extension cords adds extra reach between bulky AC adapters and crowded power strips or wall outlets. Each cord uses a straight-blade NEMA 5-15P plug and matching NEMA 5-15R receptacle so standard three-prong devices connect without blocking adjacent sockets. The short length keeps cable clutter to a minimum in tight spaces behind desks or entertainment units. Designed for indoor use with common household electronics and office equipment.

13 A 125 V Rating on 16 AWG SJT Cable

The single specification that decides fit is the 13-amp, 125-volt rating carried by 16 AWG SJT conductors, delivering up to 1625 watts per cord. Pure copper wire with PVC insulation and a PVC outer jacket meets ETL and cETL listings for safety compliance. Exceeding this current or voltage rating risks overheating, so the cords suit typical laptop chargers, monitors and peripherals but not high-draw appliances such as heaters or large power tools.

Plug-and-Play Install with Molded Stress Relief

Installation is a simple push of the male plug into the outlet and the device plug into the female end; no tools or wiring are required. Molded-in strain relief and easy-grip connector bodies reduce the chance of loose connections or cable fatigue at the junction points. The most common issue arises when users daisy-chain multiple cords or plug in loads above 13 amps, which can defeat the outlet-saving purpose and create a fire hazard.
