10-Pack Short Power Extension Cords

The Miady FCA6ABe84 set provides ten black cords, each 8 inches long, rated 13A at 125V with 16AWG SJT wire. They suit home or office users who need to plug bulky adapters into crowded power strips or wall outlets without losing a socket.

Installing and Common Issues

Each cord has a moulded NEMA 5-15P plug and a matching NEMA 5-15R receptacle, so installation is a simple push-fit. The short length reduces clutter but also means the cords cannot bridge gaps between distant outlets and equipment.

Critical Specification

The 16AWG conductor and 13A rating limit the set to loads up to 1625 watts. Buyers who need to run higher-current appliances or longer cable runs should choose a heavier gauge and longer cord.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the cords are working correctly once plugged in?

Each cord carries the ETL and cETL listing for 13 A at 125 V, so a connected device drawing up to 1625 W should operate normally without the cord or plugs becoming warm.

What exactly comes in the package and is anything else required?

The box contains ten 8-inch Miady short extension cords with NEMA 5-15P male and NEMA 5-15R female ends; no additional parts are needed for standard indoor use.

Which version should I choose if I need multiple cords for a power strip?

This single listing already provides a 10-pack of identical 8-inch, 16 AWG cords rated 13 A / 125 V, covering multiple outlets in one purchase.
