Portable soundbar for desktop and mobile use

The Mickey Technology 19-inch soundbar combines wired 3.5 mm AUX and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity with a built-in 4000 mAh battery for portable operation. Dynamic RGB lighting and mechanical controls sit on a curved chassis that fits under a monitor or travels to a small gathering. Dual full-range drivers and two integrated subwoofers produce a 2.0 channel stereo image with reinforced bass.

Battery runtime at maximum output

With RGB lighting active and volume set to maximum the rechargeable cell delivers approximately three hours of playback before a DC 5 V 2 A charger is required. The supplier notes that a computer USB port cannot supply the necessary current and that connecting AUX while charging from the same port may introduce audible noise.

Buyers wanting cable-free desktop audio

This unit suits users who need a single speaker for a PC, laptop, phone or tablet and value the freedom to move it for a few hours without a mains socket. It is not for buyers who need HDMI ARC, optical input or continuous mains-free operation beyond the stated runtime.
