Active bookshelf pair for desktop

The MEVOSTO 2.0 speaker system delivers 36 W RMS from two 25.4 mm silk dome tweeters and 5 inch woofers. It is built for listeners who want balanced stereo sound at a computer, turntable or television without a separate amplifier.

36 W RMS with 110 W peak headroom and 80 Hz low-end

The rated 36 W RMS covers near-field music, gaming and film dialogue with ease. Peaks reach 110 W for short transients, while the 80 Hz frequency response means deep sub-bass is not reproduced, so cinematic rumbles and pipe-organ notes will roll off.

18 V supply runs cool and quiet at listening levels

The external 18 V power adapter keeps heat away from the cabinets, so the speakers stay silent during quiet passages. At moderate volumes the amplifiers draw little current and produce no audible fan noise, leaving only the programme material.

Questions about this item

Will the 36 W RMS output and 80 Hz low end match my existing 6-ohm passive bookshelf pair?

The active speakers deliver 36 W RMS with a 6-ohm impedance and reach down to 80 Hz, so they integrate well with similar-spec passive monitors.

How can I verify the BT 5.4 link is running at full quality after pairing?

Play a high-bitrate track; stable playback with no dropouts and the USB digital input active confirms the low-latency 5.4 connection is working.

Which cables are included and what must I add for a turntable?

The box supplies a power cable, USB cable, AUX cable and remote; add a phono preamp and RCA leads to connect a turntable.
