12 Pack Battery Fairy Lights

This set contains twelve individual string lights, each measuring seven feet with twenty warm white LEDs on silver wire. Powered by two included CR2032 batteries per string, they require no mains outlet and suit temporary or portable decorating indoors or out. The lightweight paper construction keeps each strand easy to shape around small objects.

IP65 Waterproof Copper Wire

The copper wire is rated IP65 for water resistance, though the battery box itself is not waterproof. Low voltage and insulated wiring make the strings safe to touch after extended use, with no heat risk for fabrics or foliage. Eight selectable modes — including steady on, slow fade, and chasing flash — are cycled via a single button on the battery housing.

Replaces Plug-In String Sets

These lights replace fixed mains-powered fairy lights where no socket is reachable, such as centrepieces, wreaths, or balcony railings. The 72-hour battery runtime suits events or seasonal displays rather than permanent installation. Buyers needing continuous all-night illumination or timer automation will find the lack of timer and remote control a limitation.

Questions about this item

What battery type powers the lights and how long do they last?

Two CR2032 cells are included and run the 20 LEDs for over 72 hours, though actual life varies with the mode chosen.

What are the string length and wire colour for placement planning?

Each string is 7 feet long with a white wire, so measure your display area against that length before hanging.

How do I cycle through the 8 modes and what is the common mistake?

Press the button on the battery box to advance through Combination, waves, sequential, slogs, chasing/flash, slow fade, twinkle/flash and steady on; the mistake is expecting a timer or remote, which are not included.
