Compact 1440VA UPS for desktop and network gear

The Minuteman ETR1500LGU is a new 1440VA 900W battery backup with automatic voltage regulation that corrects brownouts and over-voltages without using battery power. It provides ten NEMA 5-15R outlets split between five battery-backed and five surge-only receptacles so critical loads stay on during an outage while peripherals remain protected. A six-foot NEMA 5-15P cord connects to a standard 120V circuit and the unit operates from 0°C to 40°C.

Silent standby with replaceable battery and USB

In normal operation the UPS runs quietly on mains power while its AVR stage keeps output between 104VAC and 140VAC across a 90VAC to 140VAC input window. The BM0066 battery cartridge is tool-less for quick swaps and delivers 3.5 minutes at full load or 12.6 minutes at half load. Two USB ports, one Type-A and one Type-C, supply charging current for phones or tablets without occupying an AC outlet.

Steps up from basic surge strips for short runtime

This unit replaces a simple power strip when you need a few minutes of ride-through to save work and shut down a PC, router or NAS gracefully. It adds 1200-joule surge protection, coaxial and RJ-45 data-line guarding, plus Energy Star 2.0 efficiency. Buyers who need extended runtime for servers or multiple workstations should look at higher-capacity models with longer battery banks.
