Abrasive Sheets for Sanding Tasks

Mirka 9A-129-120 Mesh Grip sheets deliver P120 grit across a 50-count pack. The mesh construction reduces clogging during material removal on paint, primer or wood. Each sheet measures three by four inches for hand or block sanding. The grip backing allows quick changes on compatible sanders.

Build Integration and Workflow Fit

The pack supplies enough sheets for multi-panel prep without frequent reordering. Mesh design keeps dust flowing through the abrasive instead of loading the surface. Sheets attach to standard grip-face blocks or orbital pads. No adhesive backing means no residue on the workpiece or tool.

Questions about this item

How long does the P120 grit cutting ability last on a full day of sanding?

The P120 grit on these 3x4 inch Mesh Grip sheets maintains consistent cutting performance through extended sessions, with the open mesh design preventing clogging that typically reduces abrasive life on solid-backed paper.

What heat buildup occurs when using all 50 sheets continuously?

The mesh structure allows airflow through the abrasive surface, dissipating friction heat during prolonged use so the sheets and workpiece stay cooler than with traditional non-perforated sandpaper.
