Replacement lamp for Mitsubishi S250U

This is a new 190 W projector lamp module that includes a Ushio NSH bulb inside a ready-to-fit housing. It is intended for owners of a Mitsubishi S250U projector who need a direct replacement light source. The lamp delivers up to 2000 hours in normal mode or 3000 hours in economy mode.

Check your projector model and lamp code

Confirm that your projector is the Mitsubishi S250U and that the original lamp code is VLT-X300LP before ordering. The module is supplied fully assembled, so no separate bulb handling is required during installation. Ensure the projector has cooled completely and follow the manufacturer's lamp-replacement procedure.

Suits users needing a drop-in OEM-spec lamp

This module suits anyone who wants a straightforward, pre-housed replacement that matches the original 190 W specification. It is not for buyers who require a bare bulb only, a different wattage, or a lamp designed for another projector series.

Questions about this item

Does the Mitsubishi S250U lamp arrive as a complete bulb-and-housing module, or must I buy the housing separately?

The lamp is supplied as a fully assembled 190W Ushio NSH bulb inside its housing, ready to install in the projector without extra parts.

Which of the four available versions — three OEM and one compatible — should I choose for my Mitsubishi S250U projector?

All four versions fit the S250U; the three OEM options use bulbs from Philips, Osram, Ushio or Matsushita, while the compatible version uses genuine OEM parts from a leading third-party maker.

What does the 190-watt rating mean for brightness and lamp life once the module is running in my projector?

At 190W the lamp delivers the projector's designed output and lasts 2,000 hours in normal mode or 3,000 hours in economy mode.
