Compatibility and Contents

This 134-piece set combines 130 disposable parchment paper sheets with 4 reusable Teflon mats, all cut to fit the Breville BOV860 Smart Oven Air Fryer. The pre-cut rectangular liners eliminate the need for tearing or folding before use. Both components are food-grade; the parchment is unbleached and free from harmful chemicals, while the mats are BPA and PFOA free.

Heat Tolerance and Usage Limits

The parchment sheets withstand temperatures up to 450°F, but must not be used during preheating or without food weighing them down to prevent contact with heating tubes. The Teflon mats tolerate up to 500°F and are reusable after a simple rinse, yet they also require clearance from direct heating elements and open flames. Sustained cooking stays clean when these limits are observed.

Replaces Foil and Improvised Cutting

This kit replaces rolls of foil or parchment that require manual cutting to size, saving prep time and reducing waste from off-cuts. The jump is worth it for owners of the BOV860 who bake cookies, pizza, or pastries regularly and want a ready-to-use, non-stick surface that matches the oven tray exactly. Builders needing liners for other appliances cannot use these dedicated sheets.
