Ten 10-foot yellow Cat6A SlimRun cables with 30AWG pure copper wire and snagless narrow boots for high-density 10G networks
Monoprice 116332 SlimRun Cat6A cables measure 3.048 metres each and come in a yellow 10-pack. The 30AWG conductors give a 0.118-inch overall diameter, roughly half the 0.29-inch bulk of standard 23AWG Cat6A. Snagless narrow boots prevent latch damage when cables are pulled through tight bundles. They suit data-centre racks and telecom rooms where pathway space is at a premium.
The 550 MHz bandwidth rating supports continuous 10-gigabit Ethernet traffic without the errors that appear on lower-spec cables under prolonged load. Pure bare copper conductors meet UL 444 and TIA-568-C.2 fire and safety requirements, so the cable maintains its electrical margins in warm, densely packed cabinets. Backwards compatibility lets the same runs carry legacy fast Ethernet and gigabit links without re-termination.
TIA-568-C.2 defines a 100-metre maximum channel length for Cat6A, including all patch cords and horizontal cable. At 3.048 metres per cord, these cables consume a small fraction of that budget, leaving ample headroom for the permanent link. The 30AWG gauge increases insertion loss slightly versus 23AWG, so total combined patch-cord length should be kept short to stay within the standard's attenuation allowance.

No, the pure bare copper conductors meet UL 444 and TIA-568-C.2, so the cable runs cool even under continuous 10-Gigabit loads.
You need devices with standard RJ45 ports — switches, routers, servers or PCs — that support at least Gigabit Ethernet to benefit from the 550 MHz bandwidth.
Yes, the 0.118-inch diameter and narrow boot are designed for high-density panels, so they seat cleanly alongside thicker legacy cables.
