Connect 4K 60Hz Displays via USB-C

This Monoprice 121880 adapter connects an HDMI display at resolutions up to 3840x2160p @60Hz. It lets you mirror your laptop screen or expand your desktop workspace. The compact black dongle is designed for professionals who need a reliable video link while travelling or at a desk. It requires a host device with a USB-C port that supports video output.

Plug-and-Play With Reversible Connector

The reversible USB-C connector removes the frustration of checking orientation before inserting. No drivers or software installations are required on supported operating systems. A high-speed HDMI cable is not included and must be sourced separately. Buyers whose laptops lack USB-C video alternate mode will find the adapter non-functional.

Sustained 60Hz UHD Output

The adapter maintains a stable 60Hz refresh rate at 4K UHD resolution during extended sessions. It handles continuous video streaming and static desktop work without dropping frames or blanking the screen. Users driving multiple high-refresh displays or needing HDR metadata pass-through should look for a more capable dock.
