Slim 10-pack for dense installs

Monoprice 133237 SlimRun Cat6A cables come in a 10-pack of 20-foot black patch leads. The thinner diameter makes them easier to route through crowded racks, server rooms and telecommunications cabinets where space and airflow are at a premium.

10 Gbps headroom with legacy support

Each cable is rated for 10-Gigabit Ethernet and remains backwards compatible with Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet networks. The 23 AWG pure bare copper conductors meet UL 444 and TIA-568-C.2 fire and safety standards for commercial installations.

Snagless boots simplify cable management

Narrow snagless boots reduce the force needed to insert or remove connectors in high-density patch panels. The slimmer profile lets you fit more cables in existing pathways, delaying or avoiding the cost of expanding cable trays or conduit.

Questions about this item

Will the 10G-capable SlimRun Cat6A cables work with my existing Gigabit switches and older Cat5e patch panels?

Yes, the cables are backwards compatible with Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet networks, so they will operate at the speed of the connected equipment.

How can I verify that each 20-foot cable is delivering 10-Gigabit performance after installation?

Use a cable certifier or the link-speed indicator on your 10G switch ports; a solid 10 Gbps link light confirms the channel is performing to spec.

Does the 10-pack include only the cables or are cable ties, labels or a crimp tool also supplied?

The package supplies ten pre-terminated 20-foot black SlimRun Cat6A patch cables with snagless narrow boots; no ties, labels or tools are included.
