Purpose and audience

This six-pack of NEMA 5-15P to IEC 60320 C13 power cords suits IT teams, office managers, and home users who need multiple short replacements for desktop PCs, monitors, scanners, or printers. Each cable connects a device with a male C14 inlet to a standard North American wall outlet, UPS, or PDU. Buyers who need longer reach or a different plug type should look elsewhere.

Decisive specification

The critical detail is the 0.6096 metre length combined with 16 AWG conductors rated for 13 amps. This gauge and rating match typical desktop and peripheral power draws, but the short length only works when the outlet or UPS sits very close to the equipment.

Bundle impact

Receiving six identical cords in one package lets you outfit a small workstation cluster or keep spares on hand without ordering separate units. No software, adapters, or mounting hardware are included — just the cords themselves.

Questions about this item

What does the 13 A rating mean once the cord is plugged into a real machine?

The 13 A rating is the maximum continuous current the 16 AWG conductors can carry, so the cord safely powers typical desktop PCs, monitors, scanners or printers that draw up to 13 A from a standard US outlet.

How does the NEMA 5-15P to IEC 60320 C13 interface limit what I can connect?

The NEMA 5-15P plug fits a standard US AC wall outlet or UPS, while the C13 connector mates only with a C14 inlet on the device, so the cord works only with equipment that has a male C14 panel connector.

What physical space does the 0.6096 m length and connector pair need to fit or mount?

Each cord is 0.6096 m long with a grounded NEMA 5-15P plug on one end and a female IEC 60320 C13 connector on the other, requiring enough clearance for both connectors and the short cable run between outlet and device.
