Monoprice Inc. 143083 Cat6 Flat Ethernet Cable 50ft White

Flat Cat6 Ethernet Cable

This flat Cat6 patch cable measures 50 ft and uses 30 AWG pure bare copper conductors. The thin, flat jacket reduces congestion and resists tangling in tight spaces. A slimmer boot protects the retaining clip and makes it easier to depress when changing connections. It has been tested to deliver 550 MHz of bandwidth.

Suited for dense installs, not long runs

The flat profile and flexible boot suit high-density racks, cable raceways and under-carpet routing where round cables are awkward. Builders who need shielded cable, solid conductors for permanent in-wall runs, or lengths beyond 50 ft should look at other cable types.

30 AWG stranded pure copper decides fit

The 30 AWG stranded construction gives the flexibility and flat shape that enable tight bends and dense patching. If an installation requires solid-core cable for structured wiring or a different gauge for longer distances, this cable will not meet that requirement.
