Each cable uses 24AWG stranded pure bare copper conductors and meets UL 444 and TIA-568-C.2 fire and safety standards. Rated for 550MHz bandwidth and 1 Gigabit transmission over the 3 ft length. Unshielded twisted-pair construction means the cables are susceptible to electromagnetic interference in noisy environments. They do not support 10 Gigabit speeds at any distance.
