Replacement Battery for Garmin Nuvi 2300 Series

This 3.7V 1000mAh lithium-ion pack replaces part numbers 361-00035-00, 361-00035-02 and KE37BE49D0DX3. It fits Garmin Nuvi 2300, 2340, 2350, 2360 and 2370 models including LM, LMT and LT variants. The pack restores portable power to navigation units that no longer hold a charge. Installation tools are included in the box.

Fits Directly Into the GPS Unit

The battery slots into the existing compartment without adapters or soldering. It frees the device from permanent connection to a vehicle power socket. No extra cables, mounts or chargers are required for the swap. The original chassis and latch mechanism secure the pack once installed.

3.7 Wh Lithium-Ion Cell

The 3.7 Wh rating indicates modest energy draw during normal navigation use. Heat output remains low inside the sealed GPS housing. No active cooling or fan is present in these units, so the cell operates passively. Power consumption scales with screen brightness and satellite acquisition activity.

Questions about this item

How long will the 1000mAh 3.7V lithium-ion battery run my Garmin Nuvi 2350 before it needs recharging?

The 3.7 Wh pack delivers 1000 mAh at 3.7 V; actual run time depends on screen brightness, GPS fix rate and map use, but the capacity matches the original 361-00035-00 cell.

Does the battery get hot or make noise during all-day navigation in a Garmin Nuvi 2360LT?

Lithium-ion chemistry runs silently and produces only slight warmth under normal load; no fan or moving parts are present.

What tools do I need to open my Garmin Nuvi 2370 and swap in this 361-00035-02 replacement?

The package includes free installation tools, so no extra screwdrivers or pry tools are required.
