Replacement battery for Garmin GPS

This lithium-polymer pack replaces the original 361-00019-12 cell in compatible Garmin Edge and Nuvi units. It delivers 3.7V and 1250mAh capacity for cycling computers and automotive navigators. The package includes installation tools so you can swap the battery without sourcing extra equipment. Condition is new and ready to fit.

Single-cell lithium-polymer limits

A 3.7V 1250mAh cell provides 4.63Wh of energy, which defines the runtime ceiling for the host device. The pack uses the same voltage and connector as the factory battery, so no adapter or firmware change is required. Capacity will gradually decline with charge cycles, as is normal for this chemistry. No higher-capacity version of this exact form factor is offered.

Capacity and runtime headroom

The 1250mAh rating restores the original run time for Edge 605, Edge 705, Nuvi 465, 465LMT and 465T models under typical use. Heavy backlight or continuous routing will drain the pack faster, reaching the limit sooner than light use. Users who need multi-day operation without recharging should plan for an external power source. The battery is not suited for devices that require a different voltage or physical layout.

Questions about this item

The listing shows a single 1250mAh capacity — is that the right choice for every device listed?

Yes, the 3.7V 1250mAh 4.63Wh lithium-polymer pack replaces part 361-00019-12 across all compatible units.

What does the 4.63Wh rating mean once the battery is installed in a Garmin Nuvi 465LMT?

It indicates the total energy the pack can store, giving comparable run-time to the original battery in that navigator.

Does the pack use a standard connector, and what does that cap in practice?

The pack is built to match the original 361-00019-12 connector, so it fits the Edge 605, Edge 705 and Nuvi 465 series without modification.
