Thin 15 Gaming Laptop i7-13620H RTX 4050

The MSI Thin 15 is a 15.6 inch Windows 11 Home laptop built around an Intel Core i7-13620H processor with 10 cores and a 4.90GHz turbo frequency. It pairs that CPU with a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU, 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SSD. The 144Hz FHD display and backlit keyboard complete a compact black chassis designed for gaming and multitasking.

Suited to gamers and creators needing 144Hz mobility

Buyers who want a high-refresh 15.6 inch screen, 16GB DDR4 RAM and RTX 4050 graphics in a portable Windows 11 machine will find the specification matches that brief. The 1TB SSD and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity support fast game loads and stable online sessions. Users who require a touchscreen, a larger display, more than 16GB of memory out of the box, or a heavier GPU tier should look at alternative configurations.

144Hz FHD panel drives the experience

The 15.6 inch 1920 x 1080 non-touch display running at 144Hz is the single specification that defines whether this Thin 15 fits the use case. It delivers smooth motion for competitive titles and responsive desktop work, while the RTX 4050 and i7-13620H provide the frame rates to utilise that refresh rate. If the target workflow does not benefit from 144Hz, a different panel choice would be more appropriate.
