18-inch QHD+ 240Hz gaming laptop

The MSI Vector A18 combines an 18-inch QHD+ panel at 240 Hz with an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX 16-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 graphics card. 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB PCIe SSD complete the core specification. Windows 11 Home and an Office 2024 licence are pre-installed.

Suited to high-refresh competitive play

The 16-core CPU and RTX 5080 GPU handle modern titles at native 2560 x 1600 resolution with high frame rates. Creative professionals gain 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage on the IPS-level display. Buyers needing a lighter chassis or longer unplugged runtime should consider thinner alternatives.

Standard clamshell service access

The chassis uses conventional screws for bottom-panel removal, giving access to memory slots and the SSD bay. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 modules are soldered and cannot be swapped. Take care when reconnecting the battery ribbon cable; it is short and tears easily if pulled at an angle.
