Paper Format & Quantity

This product is a pack of one hundred sheets of US Letter size thermal paper measuring 8.5 by 11 inches. The continuous folding design keeps sheets organised and allows multi-page printing without reloading. A coated finish provides a smooth surface for the heat-sensitive layer. It is intended for businesses and home offices that print shipping labels, receipts or contracts on thermal printers.

Compatibility & Limitations

The paper works with most direct thermal printers that accept US Letter sheets and continuous fold stacks. It is not suitable for inkjet or laser printers because the coating reacts to heat rather than ink or toner. Buyers who need roll-fed media or adhesive label stock should look at a different product. The brightness level of 80 and 20 lb weight are fixed characteristics that cannot be changed.

Deciding Specification

The critical detail is the continuous folding sheet format combined with US Letter dimensions. If your thermal printer only accepts rolls or a different sheet size this pack will not feed correctly. Confirm that your device supports fan-fold or cut-sheet continuous paper before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will the 8.5" x 11" continuous-fold sheets feed reliably in my older desktop thermal printer?

The US Letter continuous-fold format feeds through most desktop thermal printers that accept 8.5" x 11" sheets without requiring roll holders or spindle changes.

How can I confirm the 20 lb coated sheets are printing at full 80 brightness after installation?

Print a test page with dense text and barcodes; sharp, high-contrast output with no streaks shows the coating and brightness are performing as specified.

Does the 100-sheet pack include a core or spindle, or must I supply one?

The pack contains 100 continuous-fold sheets only; no core, spindle or roll hardware is included because the paper is designed for sheet-fed trays.
